My Inspiration
Until now, Ana has really enjoyed the process of painting organic shapes of fabrics. She likes the idea of something being so simple yet so beautiful at the same time. More recently she has really enjoyed the process of painting things of nature such as flowers, birds, and other animals, when it comes to flowers she really likes the idea of looking at something up close and see all the details that people usually don't absorb usually because they are looking at it from a distance and in big quantities. As an upcoming artist Ana has been spending time to develop her skills so she can make her pieces have a more realistic and appealing look.
My Story
Born 1998 in Guerrero, Mexico, Ana Valdeolivar is an artist that emigrated at the
age of 14 in 2012 to San Diego, CA, where she was able to start her freshman year of
highschool and graduated from it in 2016, the same year she started college with a major of
Interior Design which got her to take several art classes guiding her to Museum Studies class, a
class that has inspired her to move away from Interior Design and make her gain
interest in the world of the museums which she is now looking forward to work in.
Ana was a self taught artist until she started taking painting, drawing, and some other art classes
in college, now, Ana has been working on how to develop all of her art skills specially to make her paintings looks more realistic.
